10 YEARS – Ten years ago, the family-owned companies Sersa and Rhomberg Bahntechnik joined forces – and since then they have moved forward together as the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group. This shared path has been shaped by successes and challenges, by the determination to grow and evolve, by the commitment to responsibility for resources and the environment, and by constant trust in one another and in our employees. To mark the 10th anniversary, the owning families as well as long-standing employees share very personal insights into how they experienced the merger and the past decade – and talk about their expectations for the next ten years.
